Whats interesting is that not only have these German students figured out how to construct and design such an eco-efficient home but they also know who to market their home to. There is no regulator on who can own this type of home. They've kept their markets open to the following:
1st Group: Permanent User. Up to 4 people per home with the possibility of a 2nd floor to be built.
2nd Group: Temporary User. This would be ideal for an investor; it can be temporarily lived in as a vacation home then it can be rented out during the peak vacation seasons.
3rd Group: Mobile User. If your attached to your home and enjoy feeling all the comforts that you have personally invested yet have a career that takes you in different locations you would still be able to relax in your very own home where ever you go. Just take it with you!
We all should start thinking along the same lines. Perhaps we can start believing now that we have seen evidence of what can sustain our earth.
